    Yes. In the Rehearse tab, choose the role you're playing and Scriptly's AI reader speaks every other character's lines while your own lines are highlighted for you to say. You can pick the reader's voice, adjust the playback speed, rewind or skip a line, and loop a section until it sticks.

    Yes. Scriptly can be your reader when you don't have one. Open your scene in the Rehearse tab, choose your role, and let Scriptly read the other lines while you record your self-tape on your camera or a second device. Many actors connect their phone to a speaker so the reader comes through clearly on the recording.

    You need an internet connection to upload and process a new script and to use AI features such as Insights and Chat. Your scripts, notes, and processed scenes are saved on your device.

    Scriptly offers a 7-day free trial. After that, it's a monthly subscription of $14.99/month, paid through the App Store.
